A note from
StepClash’s creator.
I originally created StepClash for myself. I wanted to become more active, walk more consistently, and improve my overall health. I knew I needed to move more, but staying motivated and building lasting habits wasn’t always easy.
I’ve always enjoyed technology and building things, so I combined that interest with my personal fitness goals. I wanted to make walking more engaging, rewarding, and fun.
What started as a personal motivation tool grew into something bigger. Friendly competition, challenges, leaderboards, and a community could help other people stay motivated too.
StepClash is an independently developed passion project, built around the belief that getting healthier doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating. Small, consistent improvements can make a meaningful difference, and having a little fun along the way makes it easier to keep going.

These core principles guide every feature, challenge, and decision we make.
